Flowers can be a warm and inviting addition to your home, but flower arranging to deliver maximum impact can be a challenge. Our flower arranging workshop is designed to tackle these challenges head on and give you lots of floral inspiration. Of course at the moment our classes are on hold till we can host groups again.
This could be a long time coming, so we came up with an idea for budding flower wranglers who want something to look forward to.
Buy a spot now to use when classes resume and we’ll send you your special Rainy Sunday flower jar – at no charge. The flower jar has a grid style lid to hold flowers in place and make arranging much easier. That way you get start to playing with flowers and building up your confidence.
And then when classes are up and running again they’ll look like this.
We start with tips and tricks on arranging flowers. We’ll talk colour and contrast along with how to build structure for your flower arrangements. This includes using our signature flower jars with specially designed flower arranging lids to create your own beautiful flower arrangement. These flower jars are a great way to start flower arranging and build your confidence.
Together we will do two creative flower arrangements that you can re-create for your home. Then at the end of the class everyone gets to take home their own Rainy Sunday flower jar and flower arrangement.
The workshop will start at 2pm (sharp) and is held at our Potts Point home studio. We are a 15 minute walk from Kings Cross station or there is street parking in the area.
The workshop runs for 1 and 1/2 hours, so you will be finished at 3.30pm. All materials are provided including flowers and snips. There will be a maximum of 8 people in the class.
